The Bill (Reg.№3645-д) submitted by V. Rybak, the People´s Deputies envisages the exemption of the promoters of educational and cultural purpose from the share for the formation and development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure of the town irrespective of the property and subordination form.

The Committee upheld the Bill, the adoption of which according to the People´s Deputies would facilitate the formation of equal economic conditions for all the subjects of ownership right in the course of building cultural, medical and educational purpose objects.
